Color SchemeAges ago I wrote an article about painting undead for some webpage. I pledged for a somple color scheme then, with only a few basic colors lightened up by strong distinct color spots.
I thought I'd paint my own army - should I paint an undead army anyway - using this color sheme: bleached bone, brown, rusty metal and bright red accents. So what happened when GW released its brand new undead army, they used *my* color scheme! Now it looks like I would just studiply copy it...

Painting the Tomb King was more difficult than I anticipated because of the mass of tiny details the model has. But the work pays off, the pile of bones alone makes it a terrific model! |
